Return Policy

We provide a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and free from any dirt or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as an order number, the name used for the order, or the email associated with the purchase.
  • If the return is not due to a quality issue or if you wish to return the item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, no handling fees will apply.
  • In cases where the return is due to our mistake—such as receiving the wrong item—Maria Callary Toys will cover the return shipping expenses.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at mariacallary@gmail.com to request a return authorization. After your request is processed, we will email you the return mailing address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent. We will assess the issue and strive to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We regret that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom products: Items made to your specifications.
  • Specific sale items: Products marked as special offers or discounts.
  • Gift cards: All gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item and making a new purchase for the desired item once the return is confirmed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify your decision. The item must be in the original condition: unused, with tags, in its packaging, and free from any dirt or damage. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
