We process all orders within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You'll receive an additional email notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted partner, Yuntu Express. Please note the following details regarding our shipping:
- Shipping Method: We currently provide one standard shipping option via Yuntu Express, with no distinction between standard or expedited shipping. All orders are processed under this method.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

- Orders over USD 40 qualify for free shipping.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, including your tracking number(s), to help you follow the progress of your delivery.
4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
We strive to include taxes and duties whenever possible. However, for certain destinations or shipping methods, customs duties and taxes may still apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Maria Callary Toys is not responsible for any additional fees imposed during or after shipping.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take care to package all products securely before shipping. If your order is damaged or lost during shipment, please follow these steps:
- Damaged Products: Retain all packaging and damaged items. Contact us or the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can assist you in reaching out to the carrier or provide you with their contact information to file the claim yourself.
- Lost Products: If your package is lost in transit, contact us or the shipping carrier directly. We will help you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
If a product is confirmed as damaged or lost, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement.
